Bought this combo product for my 11 year old daughter. She had a lot of fun and it’s a great kit pack for starters. I would have given it 5 ⭐️ had it not been for those yarns that are provided with the kit. Those yarns are good for macramè but not at all feasible for cross-stitch. It is so so so difficult to fit the yarn in to the needle and takes forever. (P.S: The manual mentions that we can apply glue at the tip of the yarn and then pass it on through the needle. Tried it and it was a complete flop). Better provide the yarns that are actually used for cross-stitch. | The Brown Box by Cotton Ride

Pros:1. It has Yellow carbon and not Blue, so it does not leave the smudge marks 2. 5 designs provided for reference 3. Designs are printed on tracing sheet, and not on plain paper. It is easier 4. Fabric Glue is provided which is better suited than Fevicol 5. Original Fevicryl Acrylic colors 6. sturdier MDF 7. Colorful stones 8. Toothpick was helpful for dotting and texture 9.
