Cancellation and Refund Policy

This cancellation policy outlines about how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product/service that you have purchased through the Website. Under this policy:

 

Cancellation

Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 1 Business days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained for the orders if we have initiated the process of shipping them, or the product is out for delivery. In such an event, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.

Return Policy

At The Brown Box, we take pride in the quality and uniqueness of our handmade crafts. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help.

Returns

• You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Please report to our customer service team at info@thebrownbox.org  within 5 days of receiving the product.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

• You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
