This is a closed-loop prepaid payment instrument (PPI) under RBI rules, usable exclusively with Cotton Ride. These are digital/online-only gift cards delivered electronically via email. Load Value Card denominations range from ₹100 to ₹10,000 per RBI's cap for non-KYC gift cards. Cards are one-time load, non-reloadable. Validity Period Each Card remains active for 36 months (3 years) from the date of issue, the maximum validity permitted by RBI. Unspent balances expire automatically. You may request a free revalidation or transfer "back to source" within 60 days of expiry, as allowed under RBI Master Directions.
