This is a closed-loop prepaid payment instrument (PPI) under RBI rules, usable exclusively with Cotton Ride. These are digital/online-only gift cards delivered electronically via email. Load Value Card denominations range from ₹100 to ₹10,000 per RBI's cap for non-KYC gift cards. Cards are one-time load, non-reloadable. Validity Period Each Card remains active for 36 months (3 years) from the date of issue, the maximum validity permitted by RBI. Unspent balances expire automatically. You may request a free revalidation or transfer "back to source" within 60 days of expiry, as allowed under RBI Master Directions. Using Your Card Apply the 16-digit code (and PIN, if applicable) during checkout on www.thebrownbox.org . Partial redemption is allowed; unspent balances stay on the same Card until expiry. If your order value exceeds the Card balance, pay the difference using any other accepted payment method. Multiple Cards may be combined in a single transaction (up to five per order). What the Card Cannot Do No cash withdrawal, cash back, or credit refunds are permitted in line with RBI rules for PPIs. The Card cannot be used to buy another gift card, pay shipping insurance, or settle COD dues. Cards are non-transferable, non-reloadable, non-returnable, and cannot be resold. Fees & Charges Cotton Ride levies no issuance, activation, or dormancy fees.
